Heather Campbell

Heather Peterson (nee Campbell) - Florence Nightengale Group - Director
Heather is an astute and successful business owner that has been in business for over 19 years with the Florence Nightingale Group.  She has three children, so recognises the needs of a modern family and childcare requirements.  Heather's focus is ensuring her Annies Nannies staff are provided with the right tools to assist you with your childcare requirements.

Natalie Johnson - ECE Manger 

Natalie is originally born in Thailand, she migrated to New Zealand 28 years ago seeking fresh opportunities for herself. She is a mother, her daughter is now in her early 20s.
Natalie graduated from the University of Auckland with a Bachelor of Education, specializing in early childhood. During these years she discovered her passion for the industry.
She is a firm believer in setting goals. Natalie has been in the Early Childhood industry for 20+ years. Natalie also speaks 3 different languages.

Shannon Lumsden - Programme Coordinator 
Shannon has been working in Early Childhood for 19 years. Over this period she has been a head teacher in both the under two's and over two's. Under two's holds a special place in her heart; there is something so special about working with a child during those first few years. She enjoys witnessing their first steps, words and share in the excitement with their parents. She has two daughters of her own with a five year age gap which 
has been really ideal for her as she has been able to spend time with them individually during the pre-school years. She enjoys studying various subjects and plan to finish her degree in Education next year.




Alana Taylor - Programme Coordinator 
Alana is a qualified Early childhood teacher,  she is looking forward to working for Annies Nannies and bringing her experience and knowledge of both centre and home based care to the team. Alana has worked in  a variety of preschools where she has gained a strong passion for infants and toddlers. In herspare time she enjoys keeping fit and healthy, and loves traveling to Australia to see her nieces and nephews. 

Administration Staff

Sonya Boyd - Payroll Officer & Family Coordinator
Sonya is a mum of three lovely children so she understands the juggle between working and being a parent. Sonya is responsible for payroll and the day to day running of Annies Nannies alongside Nicky, she has worked for Annies Nannies for the past 4 years and thoroughly enjoys her time with her colleagues, much love and laughter is in our office. Sonya has a passion for Sign Language and is currently studying towards this qualification, she enjoys teaching her children basic signs as she goes along in her studies, the kids love it and are an endless source of questions ‘mum what’s the sign for…?’






Rhian Caines - Administration Manager - CURRENTLY ON MATERNITY LEAVE

Rhian is responsible for overseeing the administration team and working with families and ACC clients to help them find the right nanny. Rhian has a background in teaching mathematics in the UK and has also spent 2 years as a nanny in Christhcurch. Her experience helps her advise nannies and families alike on how to nurture a long lasting, successful nanny role.
