Heather Campbell

Heather Peterson (nee Campbell) - Florence Nightengale Group - Director
Heather is an astute and successful business owner that has been in business for over 19 years with the Florence Nightingale Group.  She has three children, so recognises the needs of a modern family and childcare requirements.  Heather's focus is ensuring her Annies Nannies staff are provided with the right tools to assist you with your childcare requirements.

Jane Butler  - Programme Coordinator Team Leader

Jane has worked in the Early Childhood sector for 20 years in a wide variety of roles...including Nanny, Home Educator, Montessori Teacher, New Entrant Teacher, Early Years Coordinator, Prep Class Teacher and Deputy Manager. She has a real passion for supporting and encouraging children to learn the skills to become independent lifelong learners and is passionate about supporting parents and educators to help children achieve their goals.

 Shannon Lumsden

Shannon has been working in Early Childhood for 19 years. Over this period she has been a head teacher in both the under two's and over two's. Under two's holds a special place in her heart; there is something so special about working with a child during those first few years. She enjoys witnessing their first steps, words and share in the excitement with their parents. She has two daughters of her own with a five year age gap which has been really ideal for her as she has been able to spend time with them individually during the pre-school years. She  enjoys studying various subjects and plan to finish her degree in Education next year.

Clare Fahey

Clare has a degree in Early Childhood Education, Teaching and Learning. She has been working in childcare for 14 years, both in New Zealand and in Australia. During this time she has taken on the roles of Head Teacher, Second in Charge, and Centre Manager. Clare is very passionate about the care and education of under two’s, and loves watching the delight on babies faces as they explore and discover new experiences. Clare has a big interest in music, and often uses song to settle children.

Administration Staff

Nicky Hatton - Family Coordinator

Nicky is responsible for registering all our families and nannies and supporting the manager in the day to day running of Annies Nannies. Nicky had spent the last 6 years working for a not for profit organisation, she has a passion for helping others and enjoys building relationships. Nicky continues to contribute her time fundraising for Cystic Fibrosis, a charity close to her heart – Nicky has been through a double lung transplant, she brings empathy and understanding to those who also have challenges.

 Rhian Caines- Administration Manager

Rhian is responsible for overseeing the administration team and working with families and ACC clients to help them find the right nanny. Rhian has a background in teaching mathematics in the UK and has also spent 2 years as a nanny in Christhcurch. Her experience helps her advise nannies and families alike on how to nurture a long lasting, successful nanny role.



Sonya Boyd - Payroll Officer

Sonya works for us on a fortnightly basis and also steps in as administration support. She is a mum of three lovely children.
