Shannon has been a Programme Coordinator with Annies Nannies for four years now. During this time she has enjoyed meeting new families and establishing great relationships with the educators. “No two days are the same and watching children grow and reach milestones has been a great privilege”, Shannon said.

She has been working in the early childhood sector for 22 years and has enjoyed a variety of roles during this time.

She has two daughters who are a great source of delight and inspiration for Shannon.

Shannon has returned to Annies Nannies after a couple years away from the company having furthered her knowledge in the technology world. She is leading the way in innovation and development of specific online programmes that will enable Annies Nannies and the Florence Nightingale Agency to work even more effectively, as well as roll out new and innovative ideas.

When Shannon is at home, she is a busy mother of four children aged 10,11,12, and 14 which keep her very busy and the owner of a web development company and a computer company.

Lauren is the Family Liaison Coordinator at Annies Nannies and has been here since June 2018.

She is the mum of two busy boys, which helps her to understand the demands of working and being a parent. She has a background in the medical industry both in administration and reception.

She is looking forward to learning more about the home-based childcare business and working with some fantastic people in the Annies Nannies Office.

When she is not working she enjoys spending time with her family, gardening and going for walks along the beach.
