Join us in the children section as we explore the new Christchurch library and see all the delights and learning experiences that the children’s section has to offer. Read some books, play in the dress ups and use your imagination to create in the block section.
Avebury’s Teddy Bear Picnic
Avebury’s annual Teddy Bears’ Picnic will be held on the 23rd of November at the beautiful Richmond Community Garden. There will be refreshments, a bouncy castle and pirates! This event is primarily for pre-schoolers.
10am to 12pm.
Enjoy honey sandwiches, bear bikkies, bouncy castle and pirates

Getting stuck in at Art Safari (2016)
A chance for pre-schoolers to paint, glue, print, stamp, colour and make without making a mess at home. Art Safari is designed for our youngest budding artists between 2- 4 years old.
Each month different sensory materials and art activities will be set up for little ones to explore. Drop in during the morning and stay for as long or as short as you like. Prams, food, babies, siblings, grandparents are all welcome.
