You can:
Work from you own home as a Home-based educator providing education and care for children from birth to six years of age
Or
Work as a nanny providing education and care for children in their own home.
At Annies Nannies we pride ourselves in offering our nannies assistance in finding the right childcare position, on-going support once employed, and opportunities to attend personal and professional development to extend on their current knowledge and experience.
The minimum requirements are:
- 18 years of age
- If under 20 year of age you must hold a certificate in childcare (a year long full time nanny certificate)
- Current first aid certificate (we can assist in renewing your certificate once you are fully registered with our Agency)
- A clean driver licence (and preferably a full driver licence)
- We will conduct a comprehensive police vetting check
- A minimum two child related referees that can be contacted by our staff
- Experience working with young children
